Alex Wise is a conductor and educator from the United States and currently serves as Music Director and Conductor of the Shanghai Children's Art Theater,  Principal conductor of the Xuhui Youth String Orchestra, Pinghe Youth Ensembles, and IB Music faculty at Pinghe International school in Shanghai.  Alex is also a regular guest lecturer at Shanghai Conservatory of Music. He has had the privilege to work with many groups in Shanghai ranging from children’s and youth choirs and orchestras to amateur and professional groups.
